For some test-cases I could not find the exact location where test-case can refer perfectly I am making this first PR on Test-Suite please guide me if I need correction or even completely wrong

For the validation and core specifications metadata: "url" there can be multiple versions of drafts: because the test-schema is same for all dialects. So, I have included the link to all specification links is that okay? And for rfc's I have mentioned the base URL's telling that is numbers
