Delete or update the releases in this repo #1252

Right now we have one release from draft-05 in this GitHub repo, so someone showing up at this repo sees:

It'd presumably be nice if either nothing showed up there or the latest draft at any point in time was the latest release (i.e. we should decide whether we do or do not use GitHub releases in this repo I think).

I think we should remove them. I don't imagine anyone uses them. I wonder if there are some stats in the admin area...

And, I think I should remove my personal sponsorship! Yikes! Sorry all.

I haven't had anything there in the past year anyway to be honest.
