Gamify the tour

This gamification includes

• [ ] showing a confetti effect or some encouraging effect (it should be mentally satisfying to the user)
• [ ] Update the button styles such that it more satisfying when user click them
• [ ] A point system, that adds points or deducts points based on the validation result (triage)
• [ ] Lock on the navigation, go to next lesson only if the current lesson is valid (initially it was the plan in the tour, but after looking at the similar projects. the idea was dropped) (triage)
