Write 2 articles on the basics of Vocabularies #316

We first defined Vocabularies in the 2019-09 release. It's nearly 3 years later and we are only starting to see large orgs wanting ot make them.

We can communicate better.

We define some of this in the vocabularies repo: https://github.com/json-schema-org/json-schema-vocabularies However that may need updating.

I can do this. Do you mind if I use one of my own, or do you want me to create a new "demo" vocab (i.e. minDate/maxDate)? Another interesting idea would be a translation vocab (recreating the keywords in, e.g., Spanish).
