[📝 Docs]: Documentation new structure #790

What Docs changes are you proposing?

This issue addresses part of Release 4 of the Documentation strategy execution [Issue #158]. Particularly, it improves the format and structure of the current documentation.

The documentation will be organized into the following content buckets:

Furthermore, each new content bucket will have an Overview page.
