I had some problems when trying to use this gem, this PR includes minor fixes:

Add missing require statements in tests to make them passing
Surround matcher definition code with ::RSpec.respond_to?(:configure) to avoid gem inclusion failures
Update README

I had the same issue with matcher definitions, this looks like it would solve the issue nicely
