Refactor guarded attribute test #124

Testing we can pass a symbol (via resource flag) or proc (via jsonapi-rb serializer) for guarded attributes. See https://github.com/jsonapi-suite/jsonapi_compliable/pull/107#discussion_r196859324

Also removes Util::RenderOptions, which is no longer used.
