.editorconfig

Adds an EditorConfig file to keep the project consistent.
Formats files to apply the EditorConfig.

.gitignore

Adds Visual Studio Code files to .gitignore.
Adds resume.json and PDF/HTML exports to .gitignore.
Removes resume.json from the repository.
