This is just a general cleanup to keep things tidy before doing anything significant.
Removes the redundant perspective: 1000 is 1000 is not a valid value for this CSS property so it was doing nothing on both Firefox and Chromium.
Style/formatting changes, namely indentation.
Various typos such as Github ā GitHub or just right up misspelling in blog posts.
The author of the Spartan theme change their GitHub username.
Removes my Twitter link as I deleted my account.
Deleted examples.yaml as this was unused. (Perhaps we can just add this back if there is a planned use for it later?)
Makes all headings span the page width. (I assume this was put to the side before when there were banner elements or ads displayed, but this isn't the case anymore.)
Changes the format of posts from *.markdown to *.md.
Converts HTTP links to HTTPS where the site supports it.
Removes redundant characters from the <meta> tags in the HTML.
Removes the redundant <script> in the themes page. (Which caused an error in browsers anyway due to the delete keyword.)
In a blog post attributing Roland I replaced the link with his GitHub since the original link was dead.
The website looks more or less the same, I'll share some visible changes.
