chore: document vscode internal behavior #5

Updates the README to document how this can be done in Visual Studio Code already.

Works automatically for those using YAML (resume.yaml/resume.yml/.resume.yaml/.resume.yml).
Works with the $schema property or json.schemas setting. There's also an open issue (microsoft/vscode#26289) to add JSON Schema Store support.

Also makes minor edits:

JSONResume -> JSON Resume
Intellisense -> IntelliSense
*resume.json -> resume.json (Makes more sense, and as documented in CHANGELOG.md.)

May want to scrap this PR/issue if there were other plans for the extension. This assumes providing IntelliSense is all that was planned.
