How to show next element after the last of list with wrap: circular #615

How can i do my jcarousel like that? It look like slideshow is loop endless http://www.novonordisk.com/default.asp I used jcarousel with wrap: circular to do it, but after last element of list, it don't show next element after current. Can you help me, plz. Sorry for my bad English :(
