[NEW FEATURE] Touch Support #664

Hello!

I need to provide support for touch events and, if possible, drag the mouse carousel. And I want to do it as a plugin to jcarousel, it will be cool if it is useful to someone and start my way in Open Source.

Sure, go ahead. Touch support is often requested and i have it on my todo list. But i'm swamped with work right now.
