Caroursel scroll till end when next button is clicked #732

I am sure if I am the only one who is seeing this issue but carousel scrolls till end first time when i press next button even thought target is set to +=4 for next and previous. After first time failure, it works fine. Did anyone come across this issue before?

Can you please post a reproducible test case?
