Transparency of the Changetip Overlay is strange/annoying #6

As you can see, post text appears over the Changetip Overlay/Card when the transparency value is going higher.

To reproduce:

  1. Click "tip"
  2. Move mouse over any post other than the one you are tipping.
  3. Move mouse back onto tip box, it won't become solid.

To make it solid again, mouse over the post which you were tipping.

I think is the same as #4 As a solution I think that it would work if the popup closes itself when clicking outside it.
