I made a few small clarity edits to the text of the metrics description page, but didn't do anything too substantial. Note that CSS will probably need to be tweaked at least a bit; code inline chunks are displaying in a quite small font, at least on my browser by default. Also I think one of the links to an external repo is broken.
I believe we mentioned wanting to change the way that markdown files are imported into React-space. Happy to do that before this gets merged, just need to find the right model in our other projects.
