[Feature] Update build scripts to produce different builds #1099

Google is changing their policies and some rules can't be published to WebStore anymore. Need to change the build scripts to produce 3 different builds:

"Lite" version for WebStore
"Pro" version for Edge extension store
"Full" version for Chrome Enterprise and advanced users

This is also a good chance to move the build scripts back into this repository, NanoBuild was a mistake...
