Adds note field from item to notes (extra fields) if not empty.
Adds created_at from item createdAt
Tries to set updated_at based on item updated_at. Then the logic for field updated_at is applied.

Thank you for your contribution, @mabasic! I currently cannot test the changes, but the logic seems fine, so i will just merge it.
