GPLv3 is a bit too aggressive on the freedom front for the framework.

I think a disclaimer file might be good b/c PATENTS files are now popping up in some places. Disclaiming the knowledge of any such patents and citing where design inspirations have come from might be a good thing down the road. Open to hear different opinions on this matter.

Actually, GPL3 is the way to go.
