echarts-gl v2.0.9 not found #181

Hi,

I remember mention that there is an API that I can trigger to build missing modules - where is this? I want to import the following library from the the CDN:

JspmError: Module not found: https://ga.jspm.io/npm:echarts-gl@2.0.9/index.js

I've run a rebuild, this should be work now.
