Remove IPFS dependencies #304

The current IPFS dependencies are not out of date (showing deprecation warnings).

We should update to the latest toolchain there.

I've renamed this issue to "remove IPFS dependencies". I think it would be better to deprecate this support given it doesn't have a lot of uptake and the libraries are deprecated.
