Custom scope authentication #145

Fixes #98.

One thing that I wasn't sure about is the download method. I'm not exactly sure what it is, but it doesn't appear to take the scope into consideration. My scoped package was still successfully installed though.

Thanks again, I merged this into the jspm 0.17 branch as well. Will aim to post out a release soon.
