Dynamic import conditional import resolution #88

In conditional exports, dynamic import resolutions seem to be resolving the CJS resolution paths when they should be resolving the ESM resolution paths. See eg https://jspm.dev/npm:@zazuko/rdf-vocabularies@2020.11.3/expand.
