NPM install works, JSPM install doesn't #917

Really, I need an example package.json file that I can use in my external dependency. The documentation here https://github.com/jspm/registry/wiki/Configuring-Packages-for-jspm really should have an example file. It's not easy for novice users such as myself.

@tfsimondouglas Works fine for me with jspm@0.17.0-beta.22
