Alpha 1.5 update Installation Page to 0.5.436

Ludovic got close with the Alpha 2 version, but has some other items to fix 
before we should advertise it.  We should simultaneously shift to the msi 
installer if Christopher can help with that.
In the mean time, I am updating the installation page to point to the new 
version 0.5.436 which is much more stable and has most unuseable items dimmed 
and has some of the warning labels.
The Alpha 2 version tomorrow will be very stable and have all items dimmed 
according to the critical list I posted.
Moving to update site now and then will return to update this issue list.

I changed the link to uPy on the INstallation page to point to the much more 
stable version with more dim items and warning labels to installation zip v 
0.5.436
This is a temporary fix until Ludo and Christopher can get the Alpha 2 and 
MaxPlus posted on Friday Nov 15

I also added instructions to change driver to Open GL.  We need Kelly to 
confirm if this solves his problem of color updates and some of the crashes 
that Ludo and I couldn't duplicate.
