Post new version of MaxPlus and/or create a 1 step installer for it and/or to install it with msi from the uPy installer #35

Christopher,
for the stable Alpha 2 release on Friday, can you please post your latest Max 
Plus and then contemplate the one-step installer you mentioned (lower priority)
Goal is to have a stable manual installation 1st, then to work on some slick 
one-step installers, then to advertise the release of Alpha 2 v 0.5.43x

I've submitted the SciViz installer online. I can't merge it with uPy.
