Gradients working for Surfaces #8

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have not yet tested gradients for surfaces
2. Do quick hack that just word on straightLine distances as in current volume
gradients
3. Later do a test for shortest distance on surface to order grid point- can
use Code of AutoLigand for that

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
NEED POLARIZATION probability for SPIKE proteins on HIV so they tend to pack
towards one end as in

I'm pushing this to low. Let me know if you disagree.

Low is fine until we get this initial stable release out, so lets say low for a
week, but then it must bump up because this is critical to create a
scientifically valid model of HIV.... it affects the entire contest, not just
3ds.
