Objects as Editable Mesh / Editable Poly #9

It would be nice if the objects were created as "editable mesh" or "editable 
poly". This would allow sub-object selection, among other things. 

Christopher Diggins needs to provide an example code for creating an editable 
mesh / editable poly object type using the Sci-Viz plug-in.

autoFill creates editable meshes already, so this seems like it is already 
fixed?
