Hi,
In order to change the hysteresis, you click the gear button for each SSR in the UI and change the PID values.
To show degrees in F, you pull down the settings menu in the main ui and set it to imperial.
In order to change the timezone, you'll have to ssh into the the raspberry pi and set it via raspconfig. Python should use that time... although the only time kriek is currently using is the step times and they're not fully supported yet.
Cheers, John

I figured it out, I had the wrong image, new image works great. Sorry for the alarm. I do have a few questions what do I need to edit to show temps in Deg F? And where to add hysteresis? Also I can't seem to figure out where to edit to get the right time its pulling GB time instead of USA central time.

I would suggest closing that issue.
