The text plugin doesn't have a well-defined use anymore, since the single-stim plugin can do nearly everything the text plugin can.

The text plugin is mainly used for showing instructions; accordingly, the plugin should probably be changed into a 'jspsych-instructions' plugin that adds a few features:

Can navigate forward and backward if needed
Keyboard navigation or button based navigation (button based should reduce cases where participants accidentally advance without finishing reading)

Implemented on /dev for 4.2 release.
