Create .hdf5 file for the test set #43

First version of hdf5 test set is live. The file can be found at: https://jspunda.stackstorage.com/s/zcqtdx1qKwufRRM (pwd: ismi2017)

Note that we still have to verify whether it returns the right amount of lesions. This is probably not the case as of now.

New version of test set is live. Verified to return the right amount of lesions for 'ADC' query and 't2_tse_tra' query.

Will place some more information (including download links) and clarification on our new sets on the wiki.
