Add a search command - Githubissues

I think a search command will be something great to add to jsr we can have:

If an argument is passed as the search query we return the relevant results if not we list all the packages to fill the limit.
A limit flag to limit the results shown
A skip flag to skip a specific amount of results
A registry flag maybe?

I'm building this but I couldn't find any jsr api I can use any help with that ?
