Continuous Integration is disabled
Maybe test with a recent maven version?
Q&A? The mailing list is mentioned, but questions should actually go to stackoverflow

Removed CI. Added up to date Maven version which I am using. Various updates for 1.0. Added Q&A section mentioning StackOverflow tags jcache and jsr107.
