Add Nix #321

I picked the date of the 0.1 release: ​https://github.com/NixOS/nix/tags?after=0.7

There also is a related technology, NixOS released around the same time that we can optionally add; I opted not to but I'm happy to change the PR.

This is cool. :) There is precent in the list for having operating systems, but this is the first time I've heard of Nix(OS) and I don't enough about it to have an opinion on whether it'd be better to include both. I'll follow your lead!
