More options for Max Framerate #10

hi, could there be extra options in there since it's wider?

and if that doesn't interest you could you have max be able to be set in a config file and default to 255? image

It looks like some recent monitors can almost hit 400hz refresh rates, so allowing larger values is a good idea.
