If a package does not already exist, and during upload to a DP (Local, SMB, AFP), JSSImporter waits to get a package ID but does not get one. Therefore the recipe fails.
Not sure if this is confined to Jamf Pro 10.15, or with JSSImporter 1.0.2, as the issue seems to have cropped up for me with the combination of both upgrades.
