Bump version to version 21.2.1 #1

Updated the wine environment to version 6
The yaml will now use the publicly available installer

Np, I just wanted to lower the amount of work on your side! Just checked but I can't execute the snap - did you test it?

After connecting it to wine5 it at least installed (and run the installer) but the main window was totally messed up.

Seems as if we should at least have one more look at it ;)

Hi! I totally missed that the update to Wine 6 required a slot rename. Now the latest version in candidate should integrate wine 6. For some reason, on update it kept connecting to wine 5. Also, main window seems messed up as well here. If you click to use window mode instead of maximize and resize it, should work better. I know it's not ideal but this is running over wine.
