Can't double-click to open Libreoffice files #182

I've noticed that I'm unable to open Libreoffice files via double-click in my onedriver folder, but rather I have to open the libreoffice program that I want and select the file from there. Specifically, I'm trying to open an Excell spreadsheet that is password protected. It works fine if I open Libreoffice Calc and select it from there, but double clicking the file in the dolphin file manager shows the libreoffice icon briefly in the task bar before disappearing with no action occurring. If I copy the file from my onedriver folder and save it locally, the double-click works as expected. The obvious solution is to open Libreoffice first and then select the file, but I'm trying to transition my mother to Linux, and I'm trying to make it as seamless as possible for her.

Is this issue related to onedriver or is it more a problem with Microsoft's files when they require passwords? Is there a simple workaround that I should know?

I'm not sure how to get a log from onedriver, but I'll gladly provide one if I can figure out how to do it. Any help would be wonderful.

Interesting, let me check it out. This should be enough for me to reproduce the issue (it sounds like I just need a password-protected Excel file).
