I have the same issue. When I mount my accounts, the computer returns to the lock screen 20 seconds after suspending. Running the command journalctl -b | grep May\ 18\ 11:11
to see what happened in the minute that I suspended my machine gives me the following lines of interest:
May 18 11:11:54 awarea51r4fedoragnome kernel: Freezing user space processes failed after 20.008 seconds (2 tasks refusing to freeze, wq_busy=0):
AND:

I suspect that this is an issue with onedriver@folder-name.service.

Interestingly, my desktop computer does seem to MOSTLY suspend, but my led indicator doesn't turn amber, and I seem to hear some ongoing humming in my computer which suggests that it did not fully go into suspend mode. I noticed this because my desktop computer is in my bedroom and I remember waking up in the middle of the night and noticing that something seemed to be making a humming sound. And, in the morning, I determined that the humming sound was coming from my computer and that the led indicator was a blue-white color, instead of the expected amber, for a suspended computer.
If I umount the OneDrive before I suspend, my computer suspends normally, with my led indicator turning amber..
