Add some notification error about special char (onedrive doesn't accept them) #323

Hi @jstaf,

Thanks for the work.

Onedrive has problems to work with files that have special char like :.

I was trying to read a book with this name: NOBLE (2013) - Composing Ambiguity : The Early Music of Morton Feldman. You can see that this file have one : and the upload seems give some error.

Maybe, you could add some error message or notifications to warning this. I was reading the book with some highlights, when I went save it, the book do not save.
