...we'd just need to figure out what your 'single calendar' visualization should look like. With smaller teams, it could be a 24hr availability bar (like on the watchers popup); but for larger teams that should probably be just a count in each day of the grid, with a pageable sheet popup when clicked.

Some viewpoint needed to provide an overview / summary of team availability / obligations (see linked ticket)
