New release #164

Would it be possible to tag a new release? We would like to roll out the fix/workaround from #140 as this seems to happen frequently in various default build systems (i.e. kubebuilder).

I'd really love to have a release with the fixes from https://github.com/jstemmer/go-junit-report/issues/145, too.

I cannot make use of v2.0.0 as #138 causes my jobs to fail. Some kind of new release that includes that would help me and by the sounds of it others in a similar situation.
