What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
Once we get the engine working, we will need an API for the functions that
a "user" (even though the user is us) can call.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
To allow other users to know what functions they have access to when coding
plugins and templates.

This is part of a subversion repo, so I'm sure it won't run by itself. Could be

starting point, though.
