enhancement: Tx_Hash output? #3

Any chance your reward logs could also provide the transaction hash?

Thanks for your suggestion! I've implemented this feature (#6), and you can now display TX hash for each reward in the data table by clicking the appropriate checkbox that appears after clicking the "Generate Table" button.
