Missing python version requirement #53

The instructions to create the conda environment do not specify the required python version. Currently conda installs by default the last version 3.12.1. However with this version the installation of enigma_MEG fails due to incompatibility for the package MegNET.

Using python 3.11.7 the creation of the environment works as expected.

This has been fixed in the latest readme
