Vocabulary

• [ ] Update the "Virtual Host" definition to reflect the fact that there are not, in fact, Virtual Hosts, just Subscribers to Endpoints with To Patterns.
• [ ] Update the "Endpoint" definition to reflect the fact that To and From patterns are now available.

• [ ] Rename "Host Header" to "To Header"
• [ ] Rename "Referer Header" to "From Header"

• [ ] Use URI syntax in the To Header (delegate the definition of the URI parts in the "Destination" sector and explain the recommended interpretation within the To Header definition)

• [ ] Formalize the From Header: each Item in the From Header Array must be a UUID token created by each sucessive processing Engine to represent the remote or local Emitter of the Dispatch. The last should always represent the Emitter, and it can be named if it can be actually identified.
