Answer Releases sent back to emitting engines are not being processed #15

That's because the callback is not the same as the associated with the BIND for the Answer. The Engine should process RELEASE Dispatches for Answers in a different way as the regular RELEASE Dispatches.

Solved with the 101 No More Answers Status Code addition in JSTP/0.6
