save temp subTasks into rootTasks #15

In cases when root tasks processed after ordinary tasks, these ordinary tasks could be not found, because they are not properly merged in root tasks _subTasks property.

The build is failing, it's because you didn't commit the babel compiled files. I'll add them to the next commit.
