Support for Symbian executable? #70

If someone is able to reverse engineer this format, then this should be added to deark.

I have a Symbian application that I would like to look deeper into.

I think I'd have to have some information about these Symbian formats as a starting point, and I don't have that, so there's nothing I can say about them at this time.
