Make skin tone a dropdown #88

Change the skin tone option to be a GUI dropdown with Alfred 5’s User Configuration.

Fantastic! This works as advertised. Although, I did find it difficult to find the configuration pane subsequent to the initial install prompt so that I could change the preference back. The "configure workflow" button looks like a text label. It might be good if it were also in the context menu for the workflow item in the list of workflows.

This has been addressed in the latest pre-release. Configure Workflow now has an ellipsis, and it has been added to the context menu.
