v17 support #3

Because Hapi v17 is, in my opinion, a completely new framework I will not be updating this plugin to support v17. I will instead write an equivalent plugin for Fastify once v1.0.0 of Fastify is released.

I will consider pull requests to update this module if you are keen to update it yourself.

I'm sorry to hear that this plugin will not be updated anymore~~~ I'm a beginner of hapijs and use this plugin in my application(Kibana) for a long time. It's hard for me to update it by myself，I would be very grateful if you can take time to update this plugin for V17 support. By the way，sorry for my poor English，I'm a Chinese user.
